Jerry is an avid believer in the individual’s rights to live out his or her faith.  Too often, either the government or an employer illegally restricts a citizen’s ability to express his faith.  Government employers often punish their employees for nothing more than expressing his beliefs.  Even if you are employed by the government, that employer cannot require you to act contrary to your beliefs, change your beliefs to align with theirs, or speak in ways that violate your conscience.  You don’t lose your Constitutional rights simply because you work for a governmental entity.  This, by the way, includes working for public schools.
