As a landlord himself, Jerry understands the numerous issues that may arise between a landlord and tenant.  From the landlord’s perspective, it can be as simple as a failure of the tenant to pay rent.  But the landlord could also have issues if the tenant is engaged in illegal activity on the property, becomes a nuisance to the neighbors, or otherwise breaches the lease.  The tenant may have complaints where the landlord fails to make repairs to the property, does not apply the rent payments correctly, or any number of other issues.

 

Jerry is able to assist either the landlord or the tenant in these issues.  He recognizes that the landlord needs a paying tenant, and the tenant needs a safe place to live.  Jerry is available to consult with the landlord, including drafting leases, running background checks, or dealing with non-performing tenants.  He is also available to consult with tenants who are struggling to get their landlord to perform under the lease.
