If the contractor is the client, he will assist the contractor in getting the payment owed, or filing a lawsuit.

As a landlord himself, Jerry understands the numerous issues that may arise between a landlord and tenant. Jerry is able to assist either the landlord or the tenant in these issues. He recognizes that the landlord needs a paying tenant, and the tenant needs a safe place to live.
