Jerry has briefed and/or argued 9 cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court, prevailing on 8 of the 9 cases.

Gerald Morgan
Tennessee Attorney

Gerald (Jerry) has been practicing law for over twenty years.
During that time, he has been focused on providing excellent legal services for all of his clients.
He originally began his practice working for a small firm in Illinois, on the outskirts of St. Louis, Missouri. While many attorneys spend their first few years researching and drafting briefs for more senior attorneys, never seeing the inside of a courtroom, Jerry did not have that luxury. Working for a small firm meant he had to jump into the courtroom right away.
Since that time, he has always enjoyed going into the fray, advocating for his clients to the best of his ability.
The adrenaline he receives from the courtroom continues to drive his work today.
